Thanks so much for your patience! We've been working hard to get the campaign ready for fulfillment, and have even cooked up a surprise for you... 

Survey Coming Soon!

Backers will be happy to hear we're in the final stretch of prepping our survey! We manage preorders via BackerKit, so keep an eye out for an email with a special link to your BackerKit survey. We ask that you respond by August 7th, 2022 in order to be a part of our initial backer shipments! 

If you're new to BackerKit, don't worry - It's very easy! You don't even have to have a BackerKit account to fill out your survey! Simply click on the survey link in your email, answer some simple questions about your rewards, purchase additional add-ons of interest, and add your payment information for shipment costs. Your survey should be headed out within the next few days, so keep an eye out!

After you respond to the survey, you're able to make edits until we lock surveys to get final counts. If you need to review or change your survey answers, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your email again or requesting the link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://teadragons-brewtiful.backerkit.com/. 

If you used Facebook to log in to Kickstarter, be sure to check the email account associated with your Facebook account for the survey link. If you'd like to change to another email address, please contact support at https://teadragons-brewtiful.backerkit.com/faq.

Thank you all for a fantastical first week! We truly appreciate the support, and we hope you all have a great weekend. Personally, we're planning on drinking some iced tea in a shady spot because summer has finally arrived in our realm. Before we rush off, we want to share some of photos of the pin prototypes enjoying nature on their own!

Have a great weekend, share wonderful tea, and of course, always keep an eye out for dragons in unexpected places!

Thank you, thank you, thank you for joining us on this Kickstarter and making these pins a reality! We can't wait to see them at conventions, on backpacks and jackets, and out in the world spreading joy!

What Happens Now

Now that the campaign is finished, we'll get to work ordering the pins and preparing to send them out to you. In the meantime, Kickstarter will take a few weeks to process the funds, and then we'll send out a survey from our pledge manager shortly thereafter.

What's a Pledge Manager?

A pledge manager is a service we use that will help you manage your pledge and rewards, and will help us communicate with you and get accurate information for fulfilling your pledge. After we send out the initial survey in a few weeks you'll be able to update your address and your pledge information. Then we'll send out a final survey a few weeks after that notifying you that we plan to begin fulfillment soon, and giving everyone one last chance to make sure their information is correct.

Do I Need to Do Anything Now?

Nope! You've done your part, and now it's time for us to go to work setting up the pledge manager and finalizing everything. So for now sit back and sip some tea, and we'll contact you when the next step is ready!

Wow, thank you, Tea Dragon faithful, and those new to the world of the Tea Dragon Society! What an amazing first day! We’re blown away by your support for this project. We knew that we loved these pins, but it's so gratifying and heartwarming to see everyone else appreciate them as well.
